      Pros

      Pay is decent for the area (Savannah, GA).

      Cons

      Culture leaves a lot to be desired. Hard work is expected, and not usually appreciated or rewarded. Lots of talented people, unfortunately stuck because management knows they don't have employment options in the local market.

      good old buddy system,parking is too far from the plant,QA needs to up their game more as far as the avionics install quality.

      Not only am I able to contribute to building a product that makes me proud when I see it at airports and flying overhead, I work with fellow employees who are honest and dedicated to a quality product for customers. --Very competitive pay --Good benefits --Upper management who listens and invests in their employees --Middle management who are empowered to promote from within

      I don't see any blatant cons... -- Companies contracted to provide medical insurance have required employees to jump thru hoops to be reimbursed
