Pros

Some departments are great to work in, this isn't one of them!

Cons

Extreme micromanagement by the Director, which forces his Sr Managers to do the same. Work/life balance is tilted against you and your yearly evaluation will be used to document failure to devote enough overtime to your position.

Pros

There’s lots of room to grow in the company if you want. Work life balance is great with 4/10 schedule for mechs, and good vacation.

Cons

The pay is not competitive, and is imbalanced. New hires with little to no experience come in making the same if not more than the more experienced employees with years in the company.
