Good benefits, many opportunities for lateral movement to gain experience, coworker relationships, above average pay for the area

Cons

Managers who work hard and care about their teams and their customers are severely and consistently overworked, while underperforming leaders are tolerated and frequently thrive. Senior leadership is out of touch with what is happening on the front lines, particularly with respect to middle management.

Staff FTEs eliminated, so employees have to do the work of 2-3 people. Management encourages cliques and pit staff against each other. Managers openly hostile yet no repercussions for their mistakes. Internal employee feedback surveys not taken seriously.
