Business Outlook
Pros
The overall culture seems to be positive, but in a weed-out-the-negativity sort of way. They promote growing into new roles and working your way up in the system.
Cons
They’re not willing to offer pay raises to over-achieving employees, even if they ask for one. The “only way” I could possibly get one is if they create an entirely new role and increase the base pay for it & I guess I’m not worth the trouble. The CEO makes millions though.
