Pros
Exceptional retirement plan that includes employee contribution, employer-matching contribution, plus an annual "bonus" employer contribution if the organization does well for the year.
Cons
Expensive employer-sponsored health insurance plans, poor pay, extremely poor leadership across the board from top-down. Extremely unequal treatment and pay from one employee to the next. Some are required to have 4yr. degrees for their jobs, others aren't. Some are allowed to work remotely from home, others aren't. Some are required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, but the person sitting next to you with the exact same time is lucky to put 7 hours in a day. If you are looking for support, mentorship, good benefits, a good work-home life balance, do not work here.
