      None that I can think of.

      Upper management could write a book on all the things NOT to do right to have satisfied employees. It is very obvious from the start that they do not truly care for their employees .

      Growing company. Friendly and experienced co-workers.

      Cons

      Overworked and understaffed. Too many managers with an unrealistic expectations related to projects and staff workload. Compensation has not kept pace with other employers. People are leaving and not being replaced.
