Management will bully you and get away with it. Many siloed in their job position. Pay could be more competitive. You will work under a LEAN philosophy - one person doing the work of five people!

Managers who work hard and care about their teams and their customers are severely and consistently overworked, while underperforming leaders are tolerated and frequently thrive. Senior leadership is out of touch with what is happening on the front lines, particularly with respect to middle management.
