The pay is not great especially given the expectations - you could flip burgers for the same amount of money. There are no repercussions for people who don't show up to work, which puts a lot more stress on those that do. There's no performance raise so really no reason to try very hard.

The women on the team were terrible to each other. Not one person is helping to build another person up. One of the employees talked to our boss like total garbage and she never corrected the behavior. It was very uncomfortable and soul-crushing to work there. Pay was pretty terrible for the amount of work we were doing. I was making $1 more than janitors. No disrespect to janitors, but our work was complicated and detailed. Was really hard to be paid so little while watching them write out checks to pay off practititoner's entire student debt amounts as a perk coming in. Boss allowed us to be talked to very poorly by some of the uppity practitioners instead of demanding respect for her team.
