      There are many opportunities to move up. Gundersen provides many resources for leaders to grow in their role and help with any barriers they face.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but overall consistent with surrounding areas.

      Pros

      Pay is great and leadership is flexible but the best reason is a consistent demonstration of community care through donations, community service, and fundraising. All of this is shared with the employees so that we know how much we are helping our community.

      Cons

      Non-profit healthcare work isn't always happy stories. You will have to endure some of the harshest realities of community health.
