I was at GHS as a patient liaison in one of the regional clinics. Benefits and pay were exceptional for a front desk position. GHS is open to listening to employees and making a happy, healthy work environment. I was only there a year and a half before moving out of state, but it was clear to me that GHS wants to grow employee skills and strengthen their work force.

Cons

Communication internally was not always clear at the regional clinic and system-wide. Several changes took place without clarity for staff. Regional clinics admin staff struggle to keep up with the changes that take place at the LAX and ONA clinics.

Wonderful group of people to work with, greatly worked on needs for billing of specility departments and patients.

Cons

In Specialty Billing, beware that there was at my time, less cross training between the departs.
