Too much supervision at times. You need to have a meeting about when to plan a meeting to form a committee.

Up to 15% employer contribution to 401k/yr. great vacation and pay. Yearly raises, 4.5 weeks vacation starting. One of the nations top 50 hospitals.

Cons

A lot of management/meetings, this sometimes will put strain on departments. Sometimes the organization can be reactive instead of proactive. Overall I am satisfied with this company.
