      Pros

      - Room to learn and expand my technical skills - Remote work for great work/life balance. - Friendly, global team that is very tight and collaborative - Gurobi truly values strong math, engineering, and technical skills - Getting to work with customers across MANY industries - Gurobi and its employees are actively engaged in professional groups, like INFORMS

      Cons

      No company is perfect. I found the vacation and leave policies are less generous than expected.

      Pros

      - The product (the Gurobi Optimizer) is arguably best-in-class, and that is because the technical people (R&D, Support etc.) are top-notch. This makes it a very stimulating work environment from a technical perspective. - The company is fully (!) remote (and always has been). There is no office one could miss out on, and one can work from anywhere. - It is a mid-sized company, which means that it is still possible to know (almost) all people.

      Cons

      - Due to the pandemic we have not been able to meet in person for a very long time (something we typically do at e.g. Offsites).
