      Work/Life Balance is Legit

      Pros

      Some companies say that they promote a work/life balance but then don't. Gurobi is a trusting team of people that actually encourages space to live life. It's been great to be able to accomplish my work AND spend time with my family everyday. Working from home is also a huge benefit that Gurobi has promoted since 2008. They provided me with all the tech I needed and gave tremendous support on getting set up/ onboarded. They really are ahead of the game when it comes to work culture. I also enjoy that the environment isn't stuffy. It's a global company but it still feels team oriented in a way that isn't corporate. I can totally wear my hoodie and have a cup of coffee while in a meeting .

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more opportunities to physically meet with co-workers in the future.

      Thank you for review. This year the plan is to have 1 off-site per quarter per Dpt. as well as our company off-site. This helps our team feel more cohesive. We'll also continue our fun, virtual classes throughout the year.

      Pros

      Dedication from employees is second to none. Great product, great leadership and a fun place to work. Has kept the small-company feel while growing quickly. Tried hard to keep people connected despite the whole company working remotely.

      Cons

      Home working wouldn’t be for everyone.

      Pros

      The company is growing. Employees are some of the nicest people I've worked with, including management. Everyone is smart and helpful. Remote.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better compared to other tech companies: PTO days & 401 (k) match is not exciting. Health insurance only partly covered. No health & wellness stipend.
