      Pros

      Great company benefits, positive atmosphere, open minded and inclusive culture. I personally always feel looked after at Gymshark. Work-life balance is always encouraged despite constantly working through busy periods.

      Cons

      Some improvements to be made in terms of management. I think this is "teething problems" of coming out of a start up phase. We're also still opening our minds up to a true flexible working culture. Not exactly a con but still work to be done.

      - Better than other retailer cultures I've worked in - Lots of transparency - Opportunity to have ideas and opinions - Free food!

      Cons

      - The US office is new, so sometimes we have early hours working with the UK team
