Culture - it's amazing to work somewhere where everyone genuinely cares about what they're doing. Senior leadership and the board are really approachable and friendly Your input is valued in your team and you can see the impact that you're making The job is really enjoyable and I love who I work with. My Manager takes time to support me and we work well as a team. I feel very comfortable sharing my opinion and having open and honest conversations

There's a lot to do and the workload can be quite high - this is always acknowledged and appreciated by the team!
