Pros

Gymshark has a great team and is a well-structured business. Although we often work reactively to the current climate and what our audience needs, the team works hard to try and plan ahead and give creatives time to BE CREATIVE. Overall a fantastic place to work.

Cons

As I said, we are a reactive business so sometimes things need to be pulled together last minute.

It's amazing to know how much this company cares about the people, both internal and external! I've seen so much positivity in every aspect, and the level of support from the entire community is absolutely outstanding. Communication is key at Gymshark, which really solidifies the family value. To work for a company that truly cares about my wellbeing & development is all that I could ask for.
