      Contrary to the written values, Gymshark doesn't Give a -

      Modern office, decent benefits, 50% discount on clothes if you're into them

      Cons

      For a company that talks about how important their values are literally pastes them on the walls, they sure don't give a darn about what is going outside of the Gymshark bubble. The leadership team is embarrassingly quiet around issues that impact it's customers and employees. "F_ standing on the sidelines" is something that's commonly said, but it doesn't go much further than saying the words. It's easy to see when the culture all went downhill - when Ben took over as CEO and suddenly it was every person for themselves. A lot of favoritism. But at the end of the day, those folks weren't safe either come layoffs. Seeing how messy it is from the inside explains why the clothes haven't evolved and are generally tasteless.

      Pros

      The North American employees are driven, ambitious, and kind individuals who like to work hard and have fun. A generous employee discount.

      Cons

      No strategic direction or follow through. Decisions are made in a vacuum and change often. There is no accountability or ownership which leads to chaos and finger pointing. Due to the C Suite's inabilities time, money, and energy are wasted in accomplishing even simple tasks. Many promises will be made but most will be broken by leadership in the UK. They have zero clue to what they are doing.
