Our recent business plan cascade outlined to employees how we intend to achieve continued growth, while also promoting a good work culture for our employees. We really feel as though this will help establish consistency throughout the business for employees.       A great company with growing pains

      Pros

      Gymshark pride themselves on the culture, which is great - staff perks, respect across all levels and an open attitude to change mean it’s a great place to work

      Cons

      The lack of experience of senior employees, those who started with the brand have risen up the ranks with a severe lack of experience meaning those joining the company later on have to ‘get in line’.
