In order to provide our customers with world-class customer service, our Customer Support team is contracted to work shift patterns, as this means we will always be there to help our community, should any issues arise. However, we also understand this may not be suited for everyone, and we're disappointed we weren't able to make these shifts more convenient for you! We believe in our people, and the amazing talent our employees have, which is why, this year, we have made a real effort to promote and encourage progression from within Gymshark, and we are truly loving seeing our employees excel! We are also confident that our pay and perks are competitive and use recognised sources of market data when rewarding employees to create total reward packages that are fair and consistent for everyone.
