Pros

The people are stellar, incredibly competent and driven employees. The North American office had the potential to be something so great. The lunches, office events, and perks were a bonus.

Cons

The UK leadership refused to let go the whole time the North American office existed. It never allowed us to grow properly and operate autonomously. The UK leadership lacked any social awareness to how the US operates and never bothered to learn. Ben and all of his friends are protected but outside of that inner circle they will use you until you no longer serve them. What seemed like an incredible office turned into an absolute nightmare.
