      Pros

      Lifting Club. Nice (empty) Offices.

      Cons

      - Chiefs and Directors force values down your throat but don't seem to live by them themselves. - They say pay is in the top bracket for the UK but it most definitely is not. - Employees who show loyalty and who have worked there since the beginning are forgotten and shiny new employees from Nike etc are adored. - 'Work Hard Stay Humble' yet some Chiefs do nothing but flex. - Some very big toxic egos at the top. If you challenge them you wont last long. - It used to have a great family feel but now nobody knows each other.

      Pros

      - Day to day colleagues - Good gym if you live locally - Good food (£5 voucher) - Private Healthcare

      Cons

      - No clear direction throughout departments - Lack of consistent approach to work - Some areas of management lack capability to adequately perform their job roles - Clear nepotism for certain job roles - General feeling of dissatisfaction amongst colleagues after disappointing internal decisions - Zero career progression or development - Large budgets spent on vanity projects when staff face real term pay cuts - Generally do not live by their values

      Very hard place to work currently, would avoid

      - Fast paced - Good benefits (gym, lunch in office, medical) - The people you work with - Big name brand for your cv

      Cons

      - Lost it’s values forcing people out - Poor pay ridiculous system to be promoted - Damages employee mental health consistently - Doesn’t value employees - Doesn’t know how to prioritise - Leadership making decisions don’t understand many areas of the business - No longer a great place to work, now an okay job to have if you have tough skin

On the basis of what you have said, we would massively encourage you to pick this up with your People partner, as well as our well-being team. We are always eager to learn and grow, and we would really appreciate more insight into how the pressures at work might affect people. We acknowledge that we are a youthful company, and we know we still have much to learn. However, we truly believe that the measures we have started to introduce, such as Performance Culture, will have a really positive impact on personal growth, as well as the career growth of our employees.
