Pros

Great Gym / coaches / LC events Lovely offices £5 lunch voucher each day Private medical insurance for all Culture at lower levels - friendly & caring Staff sample sale(s) Summer parties

Cons

Some (not all) board/chief members don't display the values you'd expect. Can be cold/arrogant which makes things a bit 'them/us'. The culture has changed - restructures happen in business, but it wasn't handled well. Additionally the lack of career progression planning & performance culture across the business means that we've lost good people & continue to lose good people post restructure. Bonus structure is set up wrong - sales are increasing year on year through hard efforts, but bonus isn't paid as we spend huge amounts of money on new offices (that we don't fill) and the store on Regent St, which doesn't create a sense of feeling valued for efforts. Zero clarity on bandings/levels/salaries. The pay review process is cloudy; 'benchmarked against industry averages', but some roles are way below industry averages.

Hi - Thank you for being so honest with us, we really appreciate the time you have taken to leave this review. We agree that we have had a rocky couple of months, however, we are really optimistic about our new business plan, and the impact this will have on our culture. As we grow and develop, naturally, so will our culture, however, we are confident our Performance Culture Roadshow will be a great benefit to our employees, and their career goals. If you are willing, it would also be great to hear your take on salary positioning at one of our Pay and Perks Ask Me Anything (AMA's)! It would also be great to get a better understanding of your feedback, so if you would like to reach out to the People team to have a further discussion, we would really appreciate it.

Pros

-Good gym and refuel if you're local to Solihull -Possibility to bring new ideas and new technologies on the table

Cons

- Salaries very low (talking about Tech Department) compared to the market. - Bonuses not paid since 2 years - No progression and path for growing - Directors, Head Of are not good enough and many people are there only because they know other people (this is in many Departments) - The company has invested millions in new, and empty, offices instead of paying fair salaries to its employees
