Pros

- Great free gym with amazing coaches if local to Solihull

Cons

- Poor leadership - Terrible pay; most staff not paid competitive rates & receiving real term pay cuts this year - Bonus advertised as an incentive but hasn’t been paid out in last 2 years - No progression; no development plans put in place for staff, no opportunity for promotion or progression, lack of training opportunities - All good staff ran for the hills after the redundancies, those left stuck picking up the pieces given no clear direction

Poor paying woke culture business.

Pros

Nice location, gym, refuel etc.

Cons

Directors / Upper management who have no idea running the show. No progression. Over hired many people to solve a problem they do not even know nor understand. Awful bonus scheme. Highly woke culture that makes for a very toxic working environment.

Pros

- Decent perks if local - free lunch, free gym, cool offices - Colleagues at similar level are great

Cons

- USED to be an incredible place to work with opportunities, travel and a culture of development, but this changed in 2021 with the shift of CEO - Now there are serious issues behind the scenes. A real “boy’s club” - those saved from redundancy shows this - Incompetent and inexperienced management allowed to make decisions without accountability - serious errors go without any acknowledgement - Directors with no emotional intelligence to understand how to get the best out of people. Some are known across the business as not being up to their roles, yet they’re still preaching to press articles about “authenticity” - Decisions made based upon ego and worries over “internal PR” rather than what’s best - The organisation is now top heavy as loads of lower staff have been cleared out and there’s just Directors/Heads Of left so an awful workload for whoever joins - Overall a toxic environment that needs *leadership* change
