- Strong sense of 'family' within lower hierarchy - the people truly make Gymshark - Lots of opportunity to get involved in different projects

Cons

- After a company restructure, a lot of great people have left the business. This has decreased morale - Pay should be fairer - large gaps within pay in the same roles - Little/ no progression opportunities

Refuel - £5 lunch allowance On-site Gym Sports massages Friendly staff Great place to gain experience/first role

Cons

Can feel clique, like people have opportunities based off of who they get on with rather than based on experience and results. Feels very reactive rather than proactive.
