Clicks! Tons of clicks. Also, near any growth. Some employees carry themselves as if they are more important than they are. Pay is lower than expected. Processes and procedures are outdated. Upper management will surely squash ideas and make it near impossible to gain traction for changes. If you are coming in from another state, you will be watched. Too many hands in the pot. Endless amount of work and never can catch up. To add a new hire is the hardest things. For a company that makes 35 Billion a year, it’s hard to pay someone under 70k a year. Will give hundred dollar bill perk but not a bonus. Too many older staff leading the departments that don’t want true changes. It’s run like it was in the 90’s. Good at showing the public they do well in community but behind all of it, it’s about dominance.

U can have doctor’s notes, get sick, have emergencies, be a second late or breathe wrong because they’ll write you up. Right write ups and ur suspended and possibly terminated. Toxic work environments 90+ degrees in factory, no AC working above rate speed, gaslighting, minimizing your concerns, regulations pins patients against each other. ( “partner” goes out the window). Only care about numbers and lots of dust, dirt, giant roaches and spiders.
