You work in a retail nightmare. Low pay, terrible hours

Bait & switch tactics. Hired as a P/T cashier only to bag and reign in carts in the Texas heat for majority of the time. I didn't sign up for that MESS. Management and trainers are dirty, no-good trifling b-holes. Won't let minorities to be great. They don't want to see Blacks doing good for themselves. During training in a room full of pale/brown people the dumbest pale person that constantly needed assistance during onboarding singled out the only Black person and told her she would be gone in a month's time. She did infact leave after a month due to being constantly isolated and targeted by messy management, trifling "trainers" and coerced coworkers playing politics as a DESPERATE ploy for praise and promotion.
