A great place to test your limits with the support of management

Pros

Remote work, profitable, family-owned, betting big on IT, appreciative business users and managers, solid legacy systems and support staff, migrating on-premise apps to cloud, and a growing business with plans to grow more.

Cons

Kaufman IT is going thru a maturation which requires more discipline and ownership of technology than some may be accustomed to. There's more building going on than there used to be while at the same time the existing systems need to be supported for the existing (and growing) business.

They claim it’s a flexible workplace but it’s more like a boot camp. The management is awful and the pay is even worse.
