Kaufman provides you with every opportunity to create your own destiny. If you are quality driven, seek out problems and own them, and never settle for status quo, then you will be recognized and succeed at Kaufman. Also, Kaufman is resilient to market conditions where others are not - we have been on an upward growth trend for well over a decade - where else do you find that?! Lastly, the learning opportunities are limitless.

Cons

Kaufman is radically and positively changing how it operates which can be difficult for some people to handle, but if you understand how organizational change operates, see the benefits it creates, and want to be a direct contributor to it, then working at Kaufman is challenging yet fun and rewarding.

Working in the Farmington Hills, MI headquarters, employees and executives are very friendly and accessible. It is an employee friendly work environment with a lot of perks related to being in the office.
