      Fun atmosphere, you get what you earn, no cap to commissions, days off easy to come by, great diversity training

      Cons

      Disconnect between corporate level and individual branch level, they don't seem to understand who they make their money off of, and they do not accept your input when you tell them your experience says something contrary to their plans. Became very difficult explaining prices to clients.
