      Pros

      Positive work environment. Coworkers and Office Manager mentor you, help you out a lot because their is a lot to learn first year. Fun meeting new people. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Learning all the tax law and how to to research takes time. Pay for first year is low.

      Lots of training but Not enough

      Pros

      They have a great attempt at hands on training on the computer and on paper.

      Cons

      You are on you own to get the support you will need to succeed. Which was made worse since they forced you to go on to levels that I was not prepared for. Taking tests by google is not my idea of preparation in something so complex as the harder types of tax preparation. Plus, I would be liable for my mistakes to a too large of a degree for me to continue.
