      Pros

      I met a lot of great people. I was a wonderful challenge to help people with the IRS. I felt great pride in being able to put minds at rest when dealing with this Government body.

      Cons

      Since I was self employed, I worked long hours, often six and seven days a week.

      Pros

      Great company with great people. Very team oriented. Shifting its focus soley on taxes rather than on multiple financial services.

      Cons

      Frequent change in Sr. leadership resulting in contant reorganization. Constant change in organization that in my opinion is hurting the business.

      Pros

      Many folks in whq are very helpful and want to help the field grow the busines. Comapny is looking for ways to be more relavent to the customer.

      Cons

      While trying to find wahs to be relavent to the client the company has consistantly hired and reduced the workforce then hired again over the last several years. Have had five CEO's in the last seven or so years.
