Home Office & training a team that works well together
Cons
Complete disillusion of new executive management. During a crisis the executives were silent and even taking risks with the Tax Professionals. A culture of slight of hand has taken over, the clearest example is when Tax Pro's were required to take a 14 day quarantine due to an office closure and that it would be paid as part of a "benefit" only to find out in very small print (which management was directed not to cover with them) that it would be paid for out of their commissions
Minimum to no pay for how many hours you work, company as a whole doesn't care about you or your health, charge way to much for clients, push call campaigns to hard, tax pros don't know what there doing and barely want to deal with clients. Also the headquarters in Kansas City micro manages all offices even though they don't know what is going on, super unprofessional as a whole.
