Tons of benefits from matching 401k, ERGs, learning opportunities, mentoring and plenty of growth opportunities. I've been lucky enough to grow in my role every year even through the pandemic. I've worked at many companies, large and small and H2Ms advantage is it's reputation combined with focused leadership at the top.

Cons

It's not much of a con, but our culture is partly driven by continuous improvement, so employees who might want an environment where minimum effort is acceptable will find it difficult as we tend to push ourselves and stretch our capabilities.

In addition, H2M does work hard to make sure their total compensation packages are competitive. Above and beyond one's salary, we offer some great benefits including a 6% 401k contribution, student loan debt repayment program of $100.00 per month, technology allowance and more. Thank you for taking time to leave a review! We are so thrilled to hear that your first year has been going well. We want to keep this up, so we hope you always feel comfortable sharing your feedback whether it is with a manager, mentor, HR or a member of the leadership team. As for Spotify, our IT team works diligently to keep our systems running efficiently and try to limit disruptions to the bandwidth, (especially since now so many network applications are cloud-based) therefore, many online streaming services do not work over Wi-Fi. As an alternative, perhaps you can consider listening to downloaded music or using the service through a data plan. Hope that works for you!
