Training programs, good engineering, if you work in Long Island office you’ll be seen

Cons

Do not recommend. Having worked in Long Island office and one other, it’s obvious staff not “under the nose” of Long Island leaders have zero chance for advancement. Talent not rewarded, changes needed to keep the best employees too slow in coming.

Not enough mid level employees. Staff are expected to rely on upper management for everyday tasks who are spread very thin.
