Pros
There are some great hard-working people here who care about the work they create. These people also mentor and care about their coworkers and staff. These are the gems, rare but solid. Unfortunately there a too many here who are moved into management positions that just cannot manage people, training is not always effective.
Cons
Leadership and people skills are lacking in many departments and locations. Communication isn't always transparent and corporate seems to think the opposite. Certain Departments have the power over others and create tension and friction. Gossiping is now accepted, if you don't fit the mold you won't be accepted and eventually made to leave, in tears.
