It is great to see that positive feedback, our employees truly are the best and they put the heart into H2M. However, the cons you list are concerning, the last thing anyone should feel here is forgotten. I urge you to reach out and talk to someone about areas that you would like to explore at H2M and your career ambitions. I hope you feel comfortable to express these concerns to your supervisor but if not, please consider talking to your HR Business Partner.
