Thank you for your feedback about your experience at H2M. We have to agree - we do have great coworkers! You also bring up a good point, the addition of many new employees in a short period of time has also brought with it the challenge to ensure all our employees and their teams are positioned and developed in the best way possible. We take this very seriously and have taken many steps to address this including realigning our employee reviews to support more frequent supervisor-employee touch-bases, creating a new group to focus primarily on company standards and QA/QC and we have recently hired our first Learning and Development Manager to offer more aligned training and development company-wide.
