      Supportive in licensure and enhancing one’s career

      Cons

      Had a lot of activities and if you didn’t participate it was frowned upon. If you have small kids this may not be the best fit.

      Pros

      Tons of benefits from matching 401k, ERGs, learning opportunities, mentoring and plenty of growth opportunities. I've been lucky enough to grow in my role every year even through the pandemic. I've worked at many companies, large and small and H2Ms advantage is it's reputation combined with focused leadership at the top.

      Cons

      It's not much of a con, but our culture is partly driven by continuous improvement, so employees who might want an environment where minimum effort is acceptable will find it difficult as we tend to push ourselves and stretch our capabilities.

      Pros

      Good Paid Time Off accrual. Stable job.

      Cons

      Limited overtime hours. "Bonus Time" will equate to time work without getting paid. Upper Management is limited with technological literacy. Diversity & Inclusion is non-existent.
