Over the last 5 years the firm has grown close to 85% percent. While 2020 was challenging we still managed to grow and provide opportunities to the staff. Our goal during the unfortunate events surrounding the pandemic and the last 12 months was to keep our talent in-tact and gainfully employed. We knew there would be ebbs and flows in workload and we stood committed to keeping talent in the firm. We have worked towards providing transparency whenever possible and create an environment where employees feel included and see opportunity for growth. We’ve been fortunate to see that the investment in our people bring fruit to both the firm and the individual. We are proud to say that our current CEO started at H2M over 30 years ago as an intern!!

Culture is very warm, teammates are skilled, great learning opportunities, great benefits, exciting time of growth

Cons

Not necessarily a con but H2M is very structured. Works for some, not others. Also the salary is average (which is arguably outweighed by plenty of other benefits).

Good work environment in terms of friendly coworkers and easy to make friends

Cons

Very toxic work environment everywhere else. Large projects with mainly school districts which leads to very little budget and education department response times. It felt as if the company had became complacent and growth wasn’t a goal anymore. There wasn’t any room to grow unless someone above you retired.
