Pros

HAECO (Cabin Solutions group) knows where the future lies with regard to its competencies and is willing to try and achieve a lofty goal. Now being part of the HAECO Group opens doors for more business possibilities.

Cons

HAECO is still stuck in the old ways of doing things. Change is proving difficult. They also do not strive to attract the best talent - only just enough to get by.

Pros

Recently purchased by a well known international MRO. Has a lot of potential for growth and maturity. Has a lot of "low hanging fruit" and is big on promoting from within.

Cons

No pay scale. Upper level management has a low level of buy-in to continuous improvement program. Also has a feel of "good ole boy" network (which is fairly common in aviation.

Very friendly atmosphere. Great opportunities to get experience and advance in your career. Lots of great people that are awesome to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

There are some growing pains as the company expands. I would like to see some improvement in the communication of overall goals of the company.
