Benefits are horrible. Over 1k a month for insurance (household of 5) with a $6k deductible PER PERSON is completely unaffordable. The first (corporate) raise in over 5 years was only 1-2% with most hourly employees seeing much less than a half dollar increase per hour. There are also a lot of first time managers and PE's that don't know what they are doing... Engineering manager(s) and PE's only delegate work. Manager(s) make racial comments and speak down to employees and do not have any knowledge of current programs or industry. Engineering director(s) smelling of alcohol at 8:30am is also not unheard of... Not to mention the refusal to take any responsibility for hiring crappy managers that have ZERO management knowledge or experience.

After working for some of the largest and most competent Aviation & Aerospace Companies in the World for the last 40+ years of my life including, My United States Government, I would say; Professionally , Ethically and Morally, This Management Group is the most corrupt I have ever seen. The Nepotism is woven deep into it's roots from the beginning of it's time. They are quite possibly on the edge of illegal functions at the highest level. No matter your education, qualifications or experience, the only thing you can look forward to if you try to advance in to their "Click".....(Good Ole Boy & Girl Group).. Will be a swift demotion or termination. It is a Monarchy. The Mgt. are the Kings & Queens and everyone else is "Chopped Liver". I would like to see HAECO....Now that they have purchased this Company Clean House in The Mgt. area. The ones running the Co. now at LCQ have no interest in Quality & Safety of those flying on the Major Airlines that They Service. In my Professional opinion it is just a matter of time before a catastrophic incident accurse do to the lack of concern for Safety and Quality from the GM & DOM down through the Management. Come on Swires....Get here and do what you do best....Clean it up and turn it around. Help to let each floor employee to realize their FULL POTENTIAL in an effort to raise the Standards, Productivity, Efficiency and Effectiveness thus increasing the Bottom Line.....PROFIT & NET WORTH , at the same time affording the Worker..."Backbone" of The Company a place to Be Proud Of...Not just in Our Life Time but, For Decades to Come!
