Pros
You'll meet new people every week, due to the high turn over. You'll learn to appreciate the smell of burning phenolic block and sanding of composite components without any ventilation and just like a baby you'll get pacified when you bring up safety concerns. The Good old boys are alive and well at this place so bring your knee pads.
Cons
Pay is low. Company morale is low. You will get pressured to rush on work that once completed will sit for weeks on end, good thing you rushed. Safety comes second as long as the job gets completed well enough, because just like a carpenter sealant and paint can fix anything.
