      980 schedule, 401k Match, PTO, affordable medical and other benefits

      Cons

      Really bad upper management No structure in the company/ cutting corners Loss making or non-profitable business deals Untruthfulness and bullying from your manager/ director (not all manager are like that) Very toxic environment and be on the lookout to get laid off! Low pay with no expectation of promotion Salary employee to log hours and get questioned for every minute that was spent Engineer salary: $60k to $75k

      Horrible management because there was definitely no leadership either. Lack of professionalism, no constructive feedback.
