      Pros

      The people are nice to work with. Paid overtime, which is important with the hours needed to complete work.

      Cons

      Mismanagement from the top. Company has taken on some ambitious projects and expects the employees to bail them out time and time again. There is also a high rate of employee turnover which makes issues worse.

      A very few of the people on the floor are top mechanics

      Cons

      Horrible management, big layoffs and loss of business at 2 facilities, they try to change successful processes, fail miserably but won't change direction. Macon and Lake City probably won't survive due to mismanagement, they can't get good mechs in the door, bad reputation

      The pay and raises were tiny. No room for advancement, because of favoritism.
