      Pros

      Good place to for building experience and learning different aircraft. Mainly B737, 757, and Airbus A300s.

      Cons

      Low paying, benefits aren't the best, work will slow down in between the start of summer and beginning of fall, as well as between thanksgiving to Christmas. So expect to be laid-off a few days doing the week.

      Lots of over time so you could make as much money as you wanted.

      Cons

      Very understaffed. Upper Management expected the workers to perform miracles getting planes out on time. Never gave raises.
