Very experienced in the aviation business with good financal backing, brand name is well know in the industery lost of good people working for them.

Cons

Upper management was not commited to the regional airline market did not interface with the local airport board and lost the lease for the hangar.

The commute wasn't bad and the security personnel are very nice

Cons

They give you minimal training - they show you something once or twice and then expect you know it all when you are doing it for the first time yourself. They don't give you a fair chance to catch on to things - You better catch on the first time you are shown something or they will let you go.
