The commute wasn't bad and the security personnel are very nice

Cons

They give you minimal training - they show you something once or twice and then expect you know it all when you are doing it for the first time yourself. They don't give you a fair chance to catch on to things - You better catch on the first time you are shown something or they will let you go.

Not a bad place to work , decent salary and benefits.

Management is understanding and not strict on time off, 21 days of vacation first year(no paid holidays) decent amount of overtime when available. Not hard on the body.

Cons

Not much movement from section to sections, step program for raises and starting salary. No punishments and or incentive to work hard so many scrape by.
