      I have enjoyed working for HAECO Americas because they value family and know how important it is to have a work/life balance. They have also provided me with many opportunities for advancing my career within the company.

      I have not had many challenges working here.

      Pros

      All work is inside , a lot of hardworking and Seasoned Mechanics. Upper Management. (GM and DOM) are good at what they do..

      Cons

      High turnover rate...a lot of young untrained work force. Not a lot of Money there so one leads to the other...

      The people are what makes this company. We have a lot of employees that were here from the beginning and continue to enjoy and love this company.

      Cons

      Not a large company so there aren't a huge amount of internal growth at the moment.
