Pros

I have been working here over a year. I am so impressed with how much care they take for each child. I see staff as well as senior management stay late often just to help parents find the best services they can for their child.

Cons

government policies - so when the government changes the reimbursement rates, paperwork requirements and other rules of the programs people get mad at the agency and I have to explain over and over that they have no say in what policies or rates the government decides to change or how much notice they give or don't give to agencies.
