Pros

The employees at this company are nice and they do care.

Cons

I can only speak on my experience as someone who worked in office. The therapist experience may be different. But, overall the bosses do not care about their employees. They will do whatever it takes to evade all the fraud that is occuring in the company, take advantage of their employees, and will blame others for their own mistakes. Hand In Hand is the epitome of " People quit bad bosses, not bad jobs". The turnover is high.

Great co-workers, young crowd, lots of recent grads

Cons

- low pay and no benefits - lack of mobility in company - management was a mess and exploited the families that would enroll their kids into the EI services - Favoritism and so many ignorant comments

None. I don't know why I gave this place so many years.

Cons

Does not reward loyalty. Owners are unprofessional and just after money. Many sketchy business practices. Does not have the children's best interests at heart.
